A Feng Shui house

Well-being, healthier life and harmonious environments for living. These are Neolis keywords. This company plans newly conceived residential villages which have been developed in order to solve the more widespread problems in relation to the ever-diminishing quality of life. All residential units are built in particularly beautiful locations provided by large green areas, with a Japanese-inspired architecture keeping in mind the ancient knowledge of Xuan Kong Feng Shui so as to optimize the harmony of spaces.

Each Neolis residential village offers houses equipped with all kinds of modern facilities, which also form an integral and substantial part of a natural environment which closely adheres to the aesthetic principles inspired by Japanese essentiality.

Each village comprises eight customizable residential units, built entirely from natural materials, eco- compatible and in keeping with the wellness concept. For this reason each house has been designed according to the Chinese technique of Feng Shui, which argues that the existence of a harmony between man and the environment is a fundamental condition for the well-being of humans. In short, these houses may be considered the first true Zen houses in the modern era.

The aim of the project designers Paola Quaranta and Mariangela Anzani, in cooperation with the architect Nisi Magnoni, is to create a house with a “soul” so as to provide a concrete answer to modern man’s growing needs: nature, well-being, harmony and culture.
